KINGSTON UNIVERSITY JU JITSU CLUB

Kingston University Ju Jitsu is a modern progressive martial arts club that focuses on pragmatic self protection (self defence) for contemporary society.

What is Ju Jitsu?

Classical Ju Jutsu was developed in the battlefields of feudal Japan by the Samurai. It was an armed and unarmed method of combat that was predominantly designed to work against an armoured weapon-wielding opponent.

This early military art has given rise to countless modern civilian martial arts; Judo, Aikido, Brazilian Jiu Jitsu being some of the more well known ones.
